Terms of Service

The short version

Shinobi Order is a Telegram bot that reads your Binance positions and shows them to you in one place. You bring read-only API keys; we display the data. We do not trade on your behalf, we do not custody anything, and we do not give financial advice. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Shinobi Order ("the Order", "we", "us") is operated by an individual based in Moldova. We are not a registered company at this time. If that changes, this section will be updated.

Acceptance

By starting the bot in Telegram or otherwise interacting with the service, you confirm that you have read these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and that you agree to both. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You may use Shinobi Order only if:

  • You are 18 years of age or older
  • You are not a resident or citizen of a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive international sanctions — including but not limited to Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria, and the occupied regions of Ukraine (Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson)
  • You are not listed on any official sanctions list (OFAC SDN, EU consolidated, UK consolidated, or equivalent)
  • Your use of the service does not violate the laws of your country of residence

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service is legal where you live. We do not actively block by IP address, but we will terminate access for any account we discover to be in violation of these eligibility rules.

What the service does

When you add a Binance API key with /add, the bot uses that key to query your Binance account through the official Binance API. It reads:

  • Open positions (perpetual futures)
  • Balances
  • Unrealized PnL
  • Other read-only account data necessary for the /status command

It then formats and displays that data to you in Telegram. That is the entire service.

What the service does NOT do

The Order is explicitly not any of the following:

  • Not a broker, dealer, or trading venue. We do not place orders. We do not route orders. We do not execute trades.
  • Not a custodian. We never hold your funds. Your assets remain in your Binance account at all times.
  • Not a financial advisor. Nothing we show you constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell anything. We display numbers; what you do with them is your decision.
  • Not a signal provider, copy-trading platform, or portfolio manager.

If you make trading decisions based on what you see in the bot, those decisions are entirely yours. Trading cryptocurrency involves substantial risk of loss, including the loss of your entire balance.

Your API keys

You are responsible for:

  • Creating API keys on Binance with read-only permissions only — no trading, no withdrawals, no transfers
  • Keeping them secret outside of this service
  • Revoking them on Binance whenever you choose — this immediately stops the bot from being able to read your account

We will:

  • Refuse to register a key that has trading or withdrawal permissions enabled
  • Encrypt your keys at rest using AES-256-GCM
  • Never use your keys for any purpose other than fulfilling commands you have issued to the bot

If you suspect a key has been compromised, revoke it on Binance immediately and remove it from the bot with /remove.

Beta status and pricing

The service is currently in private beta.

While in beta:

  • Access is invitation-only
  • The service is provided free of charge
  • Features may change, break, or be removed without notice
  • Data may be reset between major versions, although we will try to avoid this

We plan to introduce paid tiers ("premium") in the future. Pricing, feature breakdowns, and payment methods will be announced separately. Continuing to use the service after paid tiers launch will not automatically subscribe you to anything — paid features will require an explicit opt-in.

Once paid tiers are live, refund and cancellation policies will be defined in an updated version of these Terms.

Service availability

We try to keep the service running, but we make no uptime guarantees. The service may be unavailable due to planned or unplanned maintenance, infrastructure failures (ours or our providers'), Binance API outages or rate limits, Telegram outages, or any other reason.

There is no service-level agreement (SLA) during the beta. We do not owe you credits, refunds, or compensation for downtime.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to violate any applicable law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' data, or underlying infrastructure
  • Reverse-engineer the bot beyond what applicable law permits
  • Use the service to abuse, harass, or harm anyone
  • Resell or rebrand the service without our written permission
  • Submit API keys for accounts that do not belong to you
  • Use automation against the bot beyond your own normal command usage

We may suspend or terminate access for any of the above without notice.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. To remove your data, run /remove for each key you've registered, then /forgetme (or email privacy@shinobiorder.com).

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including but not limited to violations of these Terms, eligibility issues, or operational reasons. Termination does not affect any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive, including disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, reliability, security, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
  • The data displayed is accurate, complete, or up-to-date (we display what Binance returns; we do not independently verify it)
  • Defects will be corrected
  • The service is free of viruses or other harmful components

You use the service at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or trading losses, arising out of or related to your use of the service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will not exceed the greater of:

  • (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or
  • (b) USD 100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the operator harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

  • Your use of the service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any law or any third party's rights
  • Any inaccurate or unauthorized data you submit to the service

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the service will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Moldova, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence grants you the right to sue in your local courts.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will post a notice in our Telegram channel (@shinobiorder) at least 14 days before the new version takes effect. Non-material changes (typos, clarifications, updated provider lists) take effect immediately when the "Last updated" date changes.

Continuing to use the service after the effective date of a new version means you accept the updated Terms.
